Functioning as a metal garage, the highly customized automotive building features 4’ of wainscoting along its exterior and a high-performance Energy Saver insulation system that delivers serious energy savings. Following an easy erection process, the steel garage is 50’x120’x16’/18.1’ and has a wide clear span that frees up as much floor space as possible for vehicles. It has a parapet wall and trim, reverse-run wall panels, tapered columns and a single-slope, UL 90-rated steel roof with a 0.5:12 pitch.

The steel garage has (15) framed openings for doors, windows, and louvers, which include:

The walls of the garage have 4” of fiberglass insulation with heavy-duty WMP-VRR facing acting as a protective cover over the blankets. There is also a full-height liner panel lining the shop area of the metal building, enhancing its aesthetic appeal.

Fabricated to adhere to local building codes, the steel garage also features a 115-mph wind rating and a 15-PSF roof snow load.
