Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Hughesville, Missouri, in April 2021.

Insulated and climate-controlled, the Gray multipurpose steel building is 40’x60’x16’ and arrived at the building site in partially assembled packages. High ceilings and a clear-span, column-free interior make the metal building well-suited for storage, industrial, manufacturing, or other use, and a hardy Galvalume Plus gable roof with a 2:12 pitch sits overhead.

The steel building has (3) framed door openings, among them (1) 3070 opening for a walk door and (2) 12’x12’ openings for commercial overhead doors. It also has roof and wall insulation keeping energy bills low and interior temperatures comfortable year-round, with 6” of R-19 insulation in the roof and 4” of R-13 insulation in the walls.

Engineered to meet or exceed the building codes of the area, the metal building also has a 115-mph wind rating and a roof snow load of 20-PSF.
