Offering convenient access inside the steel workshop are (5) framed openings ranging in size, among them (2) 12’x12’ overhead door openings, (2) 14’x14′ overhead door openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening.

The storage building also boasts a high-performance insulation package, with a layer of R-19 fiberglass insulation installed in the roof and another layer of R-13 insulation installed within its walls. It also features several climate-related customizations that keep it compliant with building codes in place in Niles, among them a 115-mph wind speed rating and a high, 50-pound snow load.
