Steel Residence in Mabelvale, Arkansas

Metal Building Outlet supplied this steel home for a customer who purchased the building at a discount during a promotion offered at Denver, Colorado’s annual National Western Stock Show.

Delivered to the client’s Mabelvale, Arkansas, address in early March of 2023, the Ash Gray steel residence with a Black roof and trim has a steep gable roof, ample windows throughout and an open, well-lit interior. There are 12” gable and eave extensions on the outside that give the steel home great curb appeal, and the home also has a louver opening that helps with ventilation and gutters and downspouts along the roof that help prevent water damage and keep the residence watertight.

Merging the look of a traditional home with the durability that only steel can provide, the metal house is an affordable, sustainable and low-maintenance alternative to a traditional wood home and needs far less upkeep to maintain its good looks and appeal.
