Durable, insulated and engineered for Idaho’s variable climate, the building is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components and now undergoes storage use. Once raised, it is an expansive 80’x150’x14’ in size, offering high overhead clearance that provides additional room for storage.
The steel roof on the building helps protect against corrosion, and (4) framed openings allow access inside the metal storage building. The roof of the steel storage building contains 3″ of VRR-faced insulation, resulting in lower energy costs and improved interior comfort.
Other features added in compliance with local building and engineering code requirements include a 115-mph wind speed rating, a 47-pound ground snow load and a 40-pound roof snow load.
