Metal Buildings in Castroville, Texas

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (2) prefabricated metal buildings in Castroville, Texas in December of 2020.

Comprised of sustainable, high-quality steel components, the buildings function as a shop, with the first standing 40’x16’x14’ once raised, and the second, an accompanying lean-to, standing 25’x60’x14’. Both steel structures boast broad clear spans and high ceilings, enhancing their versatility. Both also have durable, corrosion-resistant steel roofs offering protection from above, although the main building’s roof has a gable design, and the lean-to’s, a single-slope design.

Between the (2) buildings are (4) framed openings that provide access inside. They also feature a number of upgrades, including base trim, base and eave closures, and color-coded washers on their roof and wall screws.

The metal shop and lean-to also feature several customizations made in adherence to local building and engineering codes, including 115-mph wind speed ratings and 3.5-pound roof snow loads.
