Offering access inside the metal shop building are (2) framed door openings, which include (1) 3070 framed opening for a walk door and (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening that provides room for moving vehicles or large equipment in and out. The shop also has a high, 140-mph wind rating in consideration of Citrus Springs’ building codes and location within a high-risk hurricane zone.
