A single-slope roof comprised of hardwearing Galvalume steel paneling sits atop the building, and (16) framed door and window openings are additional features.

Additional customizations include 4’ of wainscoting with transition trim along the building’s front side wall, which enhances its curb appeal, and a 2’ overhang, also along the front sidewall, that creates additional covered space. A 110-mph wind speed rating and a 25-psf roof snow load are additional features included in compliance with the building and engineering codes currently in place in Caldwell.
