Attractive, multifunctional and highly customized, the metal building now undergoes use as a shop and features top-of-the-line steel construction. Saddle Tan in color with complementing Koko Brown trim, the metal shop is 90’x100’x12’ when erect and has an open, clear span design.

Overhead, a Galvalume gable roof with a modest 2:12 pitch offers protection from the elements, and (7) framed door openings are additional customizations. Found throughout the metal shop are (2) 3070 steel walk door openings, (2) 8070 steel walk door openings and (3) 16’x10’ overhead door openings.

The shop also has 4’ of Koko Brown-colored wainscoting around the exterior, improving the building’s aesthetic appeal. It also has matching gutters and downspouts that help guard against condensation and water damage.

A 30-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating are additional features added with respect for the building and engineering codes in place in Ellis County.
