Easy to erect and highly customized to meet the owner’s needs, the Saddle Tan-colored building with Rustic Red trim now serves as a shop and is 50’x70’x18’ in size. A broad clear span and high ceilings maximize usable space, and a hardy Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch provides reliable protection overhead.

There are (5) framed door openings offering access inside, which include (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings, (2) 22’x16’ overhead door openings, and (1) 16’x12’ overhead door opening. A full liner panel along the roof and walls is another notable customization, giving the interior of the shop a clean, finished appearance, and gutters and downspouts also line the roof and help prevent condensation and water damage.

A 30-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind rating are additional enhancements made in adherence to local building and engineering code requirements
