Durable, secure and highly customized, the metal building serves multiple purposes for a local electric and construction company. Comprised of heavy-duty steel components, the metal building is 24’x30’x12’/15’ in size when raised and has numerous customizations and upgrades throughout.

Gray in color with matching trim, the building has a complementing White roof with a 3:12 pitch overhead providing protection from the elements. Featuring rugged, 16-gauge roof and wall sheeting, the multipurpose metal building also has (4) framed door openings throughout. Included are (2) 3’x7’ framed openings enclosing (2) 3070 steel walk doors and (2) 10’x8’ openings that will house roll-up doors.

Other notable customizations include a 6’x6’x8’/9’ single-slope covered breezeway with open ends and painted gutters and downspouts, which help guard against condensation and water damage. The steel shop also features an interior liner panel that gives the inside a clean, finished appearance.

A 115-mph wind speed rating and a 25-pound snow load are additional customizations made in accordance with local building codes.
