Durable, easy to raise and insulated to maximize energy efficiency, the building, which serves as a personal shop, features top-quality steel construction and is 30’x60’x16’ when raised. High overhead clearance and a broad, column-free interior maximize usable space, and a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof with a 2:12 pitch provides reliable overhead protection.

The building has (2) framed door openings offering access inside, which include (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 insulated walk door and (1) 12’x12’ opening that will hold an overhead door. An insulation package serves as an additional customization, with 6” of R-19 insulation in the building’s roof and 4.5” of R-13 insulation in its walls. The insulation blankets also have heavy-duty facing on one side, protecting them against moisture and damage.
