Metal Garage Building in Queen Creek, Arizona

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal garage building in Queen Creek, Arizona, in early February of 2022.

Now functioning as a garage, the durable, low-maintenance metal building arrived partially assembled at the build site and now stands 50’x60’x18’. Crimson Red in color with complementing Burnished Slate trim, the steel garage features high ceilings and an open clear span that easily accommodate large vehicles, boats or RVs.

Overhead, the metal garage has a Polar White gable roof with a slight 1:12 pitch, and (3) framed door openings provide access inside. Included are (2) 12’x14’ door openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening housing (1) 3070 walk door with a lever lock.

A 115-mph wind speed rating is an additional customization made in adherence to the building and engineering code requirements in place in Queen Creek.
