Used for an array of different purposes, it features a broad clear span and high overhead clearance, both of which enhance versatility, and a roof comprised of heavy-duty Galvalume steel panels sits above the building, boasting a 1:12 pitch.

The prefabricated metal mixed-use building also features (6) framed openings, and these include (1) 12’x12’ opening, (4) 4’x3’ window openings and (1) 3’x7’ opening. A 45-pound snow load and a high, 153-mph wind speed rating further equip the building for life in Loveland while keeping the building in compliance with local building codes.
