Insulated and designed to stand strong against the elements, the hardwearing, robust building boasts ash gray paint, and it stands 85’x172’x22’ in size. Now functioning as a shop, the building is comprised of premium-quality steel components, while a durable, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch protects the interior from overhead.

Distributed throughout the shop are (18) framed openings, among them (11) 14’x16’ openings enclosing (2) 14’x16’ insulated doors and (9) 14’x16’ roll-up doors and (7) 3070 openings intended for walk doors. The shop also features a high-performance insulation package, with R-35 insulation within the roof of the building and R-19 insulation within the walls. In addition to considerably lowering energy bills, the insulation package helps building users stay comfortable and efficient, given Wyoming’s often cold temperatures and variable weather patterns.

Additional attributes added with respect for the climate of Laramie and the surrounding landscape include a 30-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
