Durable, secure and highly customized in line with the buyer’s needs, the building now functions as a shop and is 25’x70’x10’ in size. It boasts an open, clear-span design, and overhead, it sports a hardwearing Galvalume gable roof.
The steel shop has (11) framed door and window openings throughout that allow natural light and building users inside. Additional building customizations include the framing for (3) 25’ partition walls, which divide the interior of the shop, and extra deadload supports for the inside walls. There are also 4” of R-13 insulation installed in the roof and walls of the shop, leading to lower energy bills while creating a more comfortable interior environment.
Engineered to comply with the building codes currently in place at the build site, the shop also has a 115-mph wind speed rating and a 10-psf roof snow load.
