Durable and built to last, the light stone-colored building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x20’. Comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, the structure now serves as a shop, and a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 2:12 pitch protects its interior from the elements. It also features several enhancements made to improve overall durability given the climate patterns characteristic of the region, among them a wind speed rating of 110 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. The shop building also features (3) framed openings, which include (1) 18’x16’ opening and (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors.

A city situated within central Washington’s Grant County, Ephrata experiences a semi-arid climate. The city lies about 55 miles from Electric City and about 20 miles outside Moses Lake.
