Metal Building in Crystal, Nevada

Metal Building Outlet supplied this pre-engineered metal building for a customer in Crystal, Nevada, in early March of 2016.

Boasting ash gray paint and a rugged and durable Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 roof pitch, the steel building stands 36’x45’x16’ once fully erect. Crafted from premium-grade steel components, the structure now serves as a garage for the building owners. It features (6) framed openings varying in size and function, among them (2) 10’x10’ openings harboring (2) 10’x10’ Model 2000 top draft seal doors, (2) door frames holding (2) 3070 20-gauge knock-down doors with lever locks and (2) 3’x10’x2” skylights to enhance the presence of natural sunlight inside. The building is also designed with a wind speed of 90 mph, a decision made to improve building durability given the climate and weather patterns typical of the Crystal area.

An unincorporated community set within Nevada’s Clark County, Crystal is situated about 34.5 miles from Las Vegas and about 49 miles outside Henderson.
