Metal Building Outlet was the proud supplier of this pre-engineered metal shop building in Colorado Springs, Colorado, sending the building kit to the client in early August of 2025.

Engineered for maximum versatility and durability, the custom, energy-efficient metal shop building covers 640 square feet and provides plenty of room for storing items, working on projects or performing maintenance on cars, trucks or machinery. Ash Gray in color with matching trim, the shop has a sleek and modern appearance, and R-19 fiberglass insulation blankets line the roof and walls, creating a comfortable and quiet environment during all four seasons.

Notable customizations include four doors that allow for easy mobility throughout the building and gutters and downspouts along the roof, the latter of which help prevent condensation and water damage by diverting rain and snow away from the structure. A Colorado engineer-stamped foundation plan was also part of this package, helping streamline the process of laying the shop’s foundation.
