Engineered for its location in a high-risk hurricane zone, the building offers maximum durability and 4,800 square feet of unobstructed floor space. A high wind rating helps it stand strong in the face of gusty or even hurricane-force winds, while an insulation package guards against condensation and corrosion, which is essential given Mims’ humid climate.

Supplied for the roof is a high R-value, R-35 Energy Saver insulation system, while the walls get an R-13 single-layer insulation system with WMP-VRR+ facing. The facing gives the inside of the shop a clean, complete look, and it also acts as an additional moisture barrier, preventing the fiberglass blankets from getting wet.
