Metal Building Outlet was proud to supply this pre-engineered metal shop building for a client in Larkspur, Colorado, in May of 2025.

Spanning 2,000 square feet, the open, clear-span steel shop is custom-designed to meet the owner’s needs and features four large windows and a high-performance insulation system. The building’s roof houses 6” of R-19 fiberglass insulation, while the walls hold 4” of fiberglass insulation with White VRR+ facing and a 6” seal tab that eliminates air leaks.

While the insulation creates a comfortable, consistent work or storage environment the owner can use year-round, it also helps muffle noise and prevent condensation, making it a smart investment that boosts the building’s overall value. On the outside, 4’ of wainscoting with transition trim enhance curb appeal, and painted gutters and downspouts along the shop’s front and back side walls help preserve structural integrity by channeling moisture away.
