Heavily insulated and highly energy-efficient, the auto shop has a hardy Galvalume gable roof with a 3:12 pitch providing protection from above, and it also has (3) framed door openings offering access inside. These include (1) 3070 framed walk door opening, (1) 10’x10’ framed door opening, and (1) 10’x12’ opening.
On its roof, the metal body shop has an R-27 Energy Saver insulation system, while the walls of the shop contain R-19 Energy Saver insulation. The insulation package lowers the property’s energy expenses while creating a more comfortable interior environment for building users.
