Currently used as a shop, the metal building offers unmatched structural integrity, keeping occupants and assets inside protected from the elements and other potential hazards. Once raised, the shop stands 40’x80’x15’, offering high overhead clearance and a space-maximizing clear span. The roof of the metal shop has a 3:12 pitch and is comprised of rugged Galvalume sheeting that helps protect against corrosion.

Making the shop easily accessible are (5) framed openings, which include (2) 10’x13’ overhead door openings and (3) 3’4”x7’2” openings. Inside it are (7) framed openings, which include (4) 12’x14’ openings featuring (4) 12’x14’ overhead sectional doors, and (3) 3070 openings enclosing (3) 3070 commercial walk doors.

To keep energy bills low and building users comfortable throughout the year, R-19 insulation is installed in the roof, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls.
