Inherently low maintenance and rugged by design, the metal building stands 30’x40’x16’ in size and now serves as a shop. Crafted from high-end steel materials, the structure is covered and protected from above by a hardwearing Galvalume metal roof with a 4:12 pitch. Inside, the structure features (2) framed openings, which include (1) 12’x14’ opening and (1) 8’x10’ framed opening, and the shop also features a wind speed rating of 110 mph in consideration of the climate and weather patterns characteristic of the area.

An unincorporated community situated within El Dorado County, Pilot Hill is located inland, and in an area once known for its multiple mining camps. The Pilot Hill area lies about 44 miles from the city of Sacramento and sits about 67 miles outside the community of Norden.

Both striking and energy efficient, the building is crafted from premium-grade steel components and stands 50’x80’x17’ in size. Now used as a shop, it is covered and protected from above by a corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Inside the rugged, low-maintenance metal building are (4) framed openings, among them (2) 16’x14’ openings, (1) 12’x12’ opening and (1) 3070 opening.

Also included in the project is an insulation package. High-performance R-30 metal building insulation can be found within the roof, while R-19 insulation is installed within the walls. This drastically reduces energy expenditures while enhancing interior comfort for building users regardless of the outside climate. The building also boasts a wind speed rating of 115 mph.

A city set within northwestern Arizona’s Mohave County, Lake Havasu City lies about 60 miles outside Kingman and 39 miles from Parker.

Overhead, covering and protecting the structure is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof with a 1:12 pitch. Installed in the roof is R-19 metal building insulation, while R-13 insulation can be found within the walls. A snow load of 10 lbs. and a wind speed rating of 115 mph serve as additional features and were included with respect for the typical climate of Fayetteville and the surrounding region.

To considerably reduce energy bills associated with the shop while improving interior comfort and limiting outside noise, R-10 insulation is installed within the building’s roof and walls. A wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional project features and were included to enhance durability with respect for the weather and climate patterns common throughout the region.

A part of east-central Arkansas’ Monroe County, Brinkley is situated within the Arkansas Delta. It lies about 75 miles outside Jonesboro and 73 miles from Pine Bluff.
