Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered metal building in Fort Lupton, Colorado, in April of 2017.

Now serving as a shop, the building is comprised of top-of-the-line steel components, and when fully erect, it stands 60’x100’x18’ in size. Its Galvalume metal roof resists corrosion and has a 1:12 roof pitch, and the shop also boasts (6) framed openings. Included are (4) 12’x14’ openings, each enclosing one of (4) 12’x14’ overhead sectional doors, and (2) 3070 openings, each enclosing one of (2) 3070 walk doors.

With respect for the climate and snow patterns common in and around the Fort Lupton area, a wind speed rating of 115 mph and a snow load of 30 lbs. serve as additional accommodations.
