Metal Building Outlet provided this prefabricated commercial steel building building in Houston, Texas, in mid-December of 2016.

Now serving as a brew house, the striking and low-maintenance metal building stands 40’x40’x14’ in size and is protected from above by a heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 2:12 pitch. Inside the brew house are (7) framed openings varying in size and function, among them (3) 4’x2’ openings, (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 commercial walk door and (3) 8’x10’ openings, each enclosing one of (3) 8’x10’ roll-coil doors.

In consideration of the often-gusty wind activity common throughout Houston and the surrounding region, the brew house also features a high wind speed rating of 140 mph. Texas’ largest city in terms of population, Houston is a part of Harris County, in southeastern Texas. The city sits about 51 miles outside Galveston and roughly 44 miles from Magnolia.
