Standing 30’x60’x14’ in size, the building is comprised of rugged, heavy-duty steel components, and it now functions as a shop for its owner. Equal parts attractive and functional, the workshop features a striking, Fern Green exterior, while a robust, Polar White roof with a 4:12 pitch sits overhead, offering a 4:12 roof pitch.

Distributed throughout the metal workshop are (8) framed openings that provide easy accessibility, and these include (1) 12’x14’ opening, (1) 12’x10’ opening, (2) 3’x7’ openings, (2) 3070 openings enclosing (2) 3070 walk doors and (2) 12’x12’ openings, each enclosing one of (2) 12’x12’ overhead doors.
