Rugged, reliable and heavily insulated, the building boasts a finished size of 40’x60’x28’ and now functions as a shop. Comprised of premium-quality steel components, the building features a clear-span design that eliminates interior obstructions, and it also features high clearance, leaving building users plenty of overhead room to work or store equipment.

Ash Grey in color, the steel building features protection from above in the form of a corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, and distributed throughout the steel workshop are (7) framed openings. These include (1) 14’x14’ overhead opening enclosing (1) 14’x14’ overhead door, (2) 10’x10 openings, (3) 3070 walk door openings and (1) 6070 opening.
