Combining rugged durability with optimal energy efficiency, the shop building stands 44’x60’x18’ in size and currently serves as a shop. It features an unobstructed, space-maximizing clear-span design and high ceilings that enhance functionality and usability, while its hardwearing, corrosion-resistant steel roof offers a 1:12 pitch.

In the steel shop’s roof is R-30 fiberglass insulation, while R-19 insulation sits within the building’s walls. In addition to making the workshop more comfortable and more suitable for year-round use in Colorado, the insulation keeps outside noise at bay and energy bills at a minimum. Additional workshop customizations include (13) framed openings ranging in size, among them (2) 8’x8’ openings, (1) 12’x12’ opening, (2) 3070 walk door openings equipped with (2) 3070 walk doors and (8) 4’x4’ windows that ensure plenty of natural sunlight inside.
