Now in use as a workshop, the building offers supreme strength and durability, and once raised, it stands 80’x100’x18’ in size. Offering high clearance, energy efficiency and an open, clear-span design, it gives its owners a rugged, reliable place to work and store assets while keeping them protected from the elements, pests and other potential construction hazards.

Covering the steel workshop from above is a hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume roof with a 1:12 pitch, and (16) framed openings serve as additional customizations. Included are (4) 4’x14’ openings enclosing (4) 4’x14’ doors, (4) 3070 walk door openings enclosing (4) 3070 walk doors, and (12) additional openings housing translucent skylight panels.

Installed in the workshop’s roof is R-10 insulation, which lowers energy bills associated with the space significantly while enhancing interior comfort and keeping outside noise at bay. A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as an additional enhancement made in compliance with local building code requirements.
