Metal Building Outlet sourced this preconstructed steel workshop building for a customer in Hollister, California, in March of 2019.

Currently, the building functions as a shop for a local plumbing business, and once erect, it stands 70’x200’x16’ in size. It features an open, clear-span design that leaves plenty of room to work or store inventory, and it also offers the high clearance frequently preferred by buyers with industrial and similar interests. Offering protection from above is a robust, heavy-duty Galvalume Plus roof with a 1:12 pitch, and distributed throughout the metal workshop are (16) framed openings that enhance accessibility, among them (8) 12’x14’ overhead openings and (8) 3070 walk door openings.

A 110-mph wind speed rating serves as a supplemental feature; an inclusion made in consideration of the area’s typical climate patterns as well as the building codes currently in place at the erection site.
