The metal shop also has 4’ of wainscoting along the exterior, improving its aesthetics.

The steel building has (5) framed openings serving as access points. Included are (4) 12’x12’ framed door openings and (1) 3070 walk door opening. It also features several climate-related customizations that maintain compliance with local building codes and enhance building durability, including a 3.5-psf snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
