Steel Riding Arena in Boonville, New York

Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated steel riding arena in Boonville, New York, in late September of 2022.

Now serving as an equestrian arena, the durable, easy-to-erect steel building is 80’x130’x20′ and has high ceilings and an unobstructed clear-span design that maximizes space for horse riding. Fern Green in color with Polar White trim, the building offers impressive curb appeal, and it has a rugged, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a 2:12 pitch providing protection overhead.

The steel arena’s front sidewall remains open, and there are also gutters and downspouts along the front side wall, which help prevent condensation and water damage by diverting rain and snow away from the building and its foundation. The metal arena also features a high, 67-psf roof snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating in consideration of the climate characteristics and building codes in place in the area.
