It arrived at the build site in partially assembled pieces, speeding up erection, and once constructed, the metal building is 30’x40’x15’ in size and features high ceilings and an open, column-free interior that maximize versatility.

A hardwearing, corrosion-resistant gable roof with a 2.55:12 pitch offers reliable overhead protection. A 115-mph wind speed rating and 5-pound snow load are additional customizations made in accordance with the building and engineering codes that are currently in place across Apple Valley.
