Metal Building Outlet supplied this metal office building in Alexander, North Dakota for MSpace Modular Buildings in June, 2013 to be used as office space with a warehouse and storage.  This building is about 20 miles from Watford and Williston in northwestern North Dakota.

This Nucor office and warehouse has fox gray exterior walls and a brick red roof.  The completed size is 80’x100’x22’. There are several custom upgrades included on this building.  The roof has an attractive 4:12 pitch with a 2’ overhang.

As the climate in McKenzie County is harsh, this building is rated for the winds, snow and temperatures of the area.  The wind speed rating for this office is 90 MPH and the ground snow load is 43 PSF.  This building is fit with an energy saving fiberglass insulation package.  The roof is insulated with a single layer of 9” R-30 insulation and the walls are insulated with a single layer of 6” R-19 insulation.

This building has 9 doors (6) 14’x16’ High quality Amarr overhead doors, (2) 3’x7’ walkdoors, and a 6070 double storefront door.  Eight 6’x3’ slider windows bathe the interior of this office/warehouse building with natural light.
