Following an easy erection process, the steel storage building stands 66’x140’x18’ in size, and it has high overhead clearance that allows it to accommodate oversize storage needs.

The building’s roof is comprised of heavy-duty, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal sheeting and has a slight 2:12 pitch, and the building also boasts several enhancements made with regard for the climate characteristics and building codes currently in place at the property address. A 115-mph wind speed rating is one such accommodation, and a 30-psf snow load is another.

Part of Michigan’s Lower Peninsula, the village of Webberville is located within Ingham County’s Leroy Township. It sits about 5 miles southeast of Williamston and about 20 miles outside Lansing, Michigan’s state capital.
