Boasting 7,800 square feet of unobstructed floor space, the metal commercial shop is durable, versatile ideal for storage, vehicle and equipment maintenance, or construction, manufacturing or industrial efforts, among similar uses. An insulation package keeps interior temperatures comfortable and consistent during all four Nebraska seasons, with 3.5” of R-11 fiberglass insulation lining both the roof and walls. The insulation blankets have rugged VRR+ facing applied to the side facing inward, which protects them from moisture and damage while giving the inside of the commercial shop a clean, finished look.
A 1# collateral load in the roof allows for the addition of lighting or light HVAC equipment, while corrosion-resistant Galvalume steel roof panels help prevent moisture from seeping in and compromising the shop’s integrity. The steel commercial building also has door openings throughout in several different sizes and styles, allowing for easy entry and retrieval of items when needed.
