Versatile and tailor-made to meet the unique needs of the retailer, the building’s open floorplan provides plenty of space for storage or retail operations, while its robust steel construction helps ensure the safety and security of the inventory. Charcoal Gray exterior trim and wainscoting offset the building’s Ash Gray walls, giving it nice curb appeal, and 6” of R-19 insulation and 4” of R-13 insulation in the walls boosts thermal performance and interior comfort while keeping energy expenses low.

In the arid climate of New Mexico, the steel shop building’s resistance to extreme weather conditions and low-maintenance nature are particularly beneficial. Furthermore, its quick construction time was a significant advantage for the client, helping save valuable time and money.
