Metal Building Outlet partnered with the client on the project in mid-March of 2023, working closely to create and customize a steel building that would meet the buyer’s needs. The end result is an attractive, clear-span metal building with high ceilings, plenty of space for storage and an effective, high-performance insulation system.

For the roof, the client ordered an R-30 long-tab banded roof insulation system, while the walls feature an R-25 Energy Saver system that helps prevent heated or cooled air from escaping. Metal Building Outlet also supplied a North Dakota engineer-stamped foundation design along with the building kit to maximize stability with respect for the building’s location.
