Metal Building Outlet sent this insulated, highly customized metal building to a client in Olympia, Washington.
The buyer wanted a versatile, climate-controlled space to use for work, storage, and other purposes and Metal Building Outlet accommodated, delivering this clear-span metal building to western Washington in February 2023. The building components were partially put together upon delivery, speeding up the erection process while lowering construction costs.
The metal building has R-19 insulation in the roof and R-13 insulation in the walls, which keeps the interior comfortable for year-round use while lowering the building’s heating and cooling expenses. All doors in the building also contain insulation, making the building highly energy-efficient.
MBO also supplied an engineer-stamped foundation design with this building kit to help ensure long-term strength and durability.
