Metal Building Outlet supplied this prefabricated metal building for a client in Florence, Arizona, in August 2022.

Insulated and highly customized throughout, the metal building is 40’x50’x14’ in size and has high ceilings and a wide clear span that boost versatility. Polar White in color with a complementing Black roof and trim, the multiuse metal building offers both curb appeal and superior structural integrity.

The steel building has (3) framed walk door openings distributed throughout, which include (1) 3070 opening holding (1) 3070 White steel walk door with weather-stripping, hinges and a lever lock, (1) 18’x12’ overhead door opening and (1) 9’x10’ overhead door opening. There are also 4.25” layers of insulation in the roof and walls. The insulation blankets have rugged White polypropylene facing on the inward-facing side, which helps protect the blankets while improving the interior appeal of the building.

A 115-mph wind rating is another customization made in compliance with applicable building codes.
