Metal Building Outlet sourced this pre-engineered steel building in Mohave Valley, Arizona, in February of 2022.

The ultra-durable, highly customized metal building now serves as a warehouse and is comprised of hardwearing, high-quality steel parts. When constructed, the steel warehouse stands an expansive 70’x150’x18’ in size, featuring high ceilings and a wide clear span that eliminates the need for interior columns.

Overhead, the metal warehouse has a heavy-duty gable roof with a 2:12 pitch providing protection from the elements, and it has (5) framed door openings allowing access inside. Distributed throughout the building are (2) 16’x15’ overhead door openings and (3) 12’x14’ door openings. There is also (1) opening in the roof for a skylight and an awning along the back side wall of the warehouse that creates additional covered outdoor space for the building owner.

The steel warehouse also features a wind rating of 115 mph; an inclusion made with regard for the climate characteristics and building codes in place in Mohave Valley.
