Metal Buildings in Cedaredge, Colorado

Metal Building Outlet supplied these (3) prefabricated metal buildings for a customer in Cedaredge, Colorado, in April of 2022.

Now serving as shops, the highly customized metal buildings are comprised of ultra-durable steel parts, resulting in superior structural integrity. The first steel shop, Building A, is 40’x50’x16’ and has a painted gable roof with a 4:12 pitch overhead, while the second structure, Building B, is 20’x30’x11.8’x15’ and has a painted single-slope roof with a 2:12 pitch offering protection from above.

The third metal shop, Building C, is a lean-to and features a painted asymmetrical roof with a 4:12 pitch. There are (20) framed door and window openings distributed among the (3) shops. Included are (2) 3’4”x7’2” walk door openings, (13) 4’x3’ window openings, (3) 10’x12 overhead door openings, (1) 12’x14’ overhead door opening and (1) 14’x14’ opening that will remain open at all times.

Additional upgrades include architectural vertical wall panels, which separate the interior of the steel shops, and 4’ of wainscoting with transition trim, which enhances their curb appeal. The metal buildings also feature several weather- and climate-related customizations, including sculptured gutters, downspouts, 115-mph wind speed ratings and 60-psf snow loads.
