Metal Building Outlet sourced these (3) pre-engineered steel buildings in Black Hawk, Colorado in early August of 2021.
The (3) steel buildings undergo use as shops and feature cold-formed construction, which is an economical, fast-to-raise alternative to traditional steel construction. The first metal shop stands 22’x30’x13.5’ when raised and has a painted Galvalume gable roof overhead. The second and third steel shops are 12’x30’x12’/10’ when erect and sport painted Galvalume metal lean-to roofs.
Distributed among the (3) cold-formed metal buildings are (10) framed door and window openings in a range of different sizes. The buildings also have 1’10” overhangs along all walls, creating additional covered space.
In consideration of the heavy seasonal snowfall and variable weather seen throughout Black Hawk, a mountain community, the steel buildings also feature 130-mph wind speed ratings and high, 75-psf roof snow loads.
