Comprised of durable, premium-quality steel components, the building has an open, clear span design, and overhead, it boasts a rugged gable roof.
Installed in the roof and walls is a high r-value Energy Saver insulation system, which delivers superior thermal performance. The insulation package will provide lower lifelong energy bills and better interior comfort.
There are also (3) framed door openings providing access into the steel residence and shop. All exterior walls also feature a 16” overhang, creating additional covered space. A 115-mph wind speed rating is another customization made in adherence to the building codes currently in place in Chandler.
