Durable, sustainable and attractive, the building features a Gray exterior and White trim and currently functions as a shop. Comprised of rugged, quality steel parts, the metal shop is 60’x’100’x14’ once raised and features an open clear span that makes the most of available floor space.
Overhead, the metal building sports a robust, corrosion-resistant Galvalume gable roof with a mild 1:12 pitch, and (6) framed door openings allow building users, equipment and supplies in and out. Found throughout the steel shop are (2) 3070 walk door openings holding (2) 3070 20-gauge insulated steel commercial walk doors with lever locks and (4) 12’x12’ framed door openings.
Engineered to adhere to all building and engineering codes in place across Mansfield, the metal shop also has a 5-pound snow load and a 115-mph wind speed rating.
