The owner contacted us because they needed a backyard gymnasium. The family wanted to create a space for their children and friends, collectively, an active space for everyone. The children’s local school does not have a gym facility and that was one decisive factor to build their own gym that they can share with their community. The gym boasts its own rock-climbing wall and shared volleyball and basketball court that allows for limitless activities. Along with their local county offices, building inspectors, and the Chesterfield community, we at MBO agree that this building is one for the residential record books and we are proud to be a part of this project.
