Metal Building Outlet was the supplier of this prefabricated steel building in Yuma, Arizona, in late February of 2017.

The rugged, rustic red-colored building is made using top-of-the-line steel components. Now functioning as a shop, it stands 30’x50’x14’ in size once fully erect. Its hardwearing, corrosion-resistant Galvalume metal roof has a 1:12 pitch, and distributed throughout the structure are (3) framed openings varying in terms of size and purpose. These include (1) 3070 opening enclosing (1) 3070 commercial walk door, (1) 12’x12’ opening harboring (1) 12’x12’ overhead sectional door and (1) 10’x12’ opening, also enclosing (1) 10’x12’ overhead sectional door.

To enhance durability given the climate and wind patterns common throughout Yuma and the surrounding desert region, a wind speed rating of 115 mph serves as an additional feature. A city set within southwestern Arizona’s Yuma County, Yuma is a popular retirement community located not far from the borders of California and Mexico.
