The building is Tan in color with a complementing Burnished Slate-colored roof. It also features the high overhead clearance athletic arenas demand. A layer of fiberglass insulation sits within the steel arena’s roof. The insulation makes the steel arena appropriate for year-round use, and it also lowers energy expenses associated with the property. Other notable customizations were made that comply with local building codes including a recommended wind speed rating and snow load.
