Metal Building Outlet supplied this Nucor steel building to a commercial rental company in Williston, North Dakota.  They wanted to divide the building into 4 rental sections.  It was a spec building and they were able to saved money by purchasing from Metal Building Outlet rather than a dealer.  The owner was able to sell the build before the erection was complete for a sizable profit.

Williston, ND is a booming community due to its prime location in the oil rich region of North Dakota. It is about 125 miles from both Minot and Dickinson.
